Refund Policy
BeliramExclusives.in ensures that all refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued either as Store Credits or through the original payment method used at the time of order. Store Credits are a convenient refund form, available for immediate use without any expiry date or restrictions, typically processed within 24-48 hours. All other refunds, excluding cash payments, will revert via the original transaction method. For instance, credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card. Online refunds are completed within 7 working days, with NEFT transactions taking approximately 5 days to fully process, whereas credit card refunds will appear in your next billing cycle. Refunds for Cash Before Delivery (CBD) payments will be conducted either through store credits or by an account payee cheque in the customer's name (as per the 'billing name' at the time of purchase), delivered within 15 days of product receipt, including transit time.

The stipulations mentioned herein are not necessarily implied by law and are confined to the durations and conditions specified. BeliramExclusives.in shall not be held accountable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, personal injuries, or losses, including, but not limited to, loss of business, profits, or utility, whether in a contract action or arising from the use or performance of the product. Furthermore, these conditions do not affect other provisions nor the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
