Refund Policy

BeliramExclusives.com ensures that all refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. Refunds are issued either as Store Credits or through the original payment method used during the order.

Store Credits: These are processed within 24–48 hours and are instantly available for future purchases without expiry or restrictions.
Original Payment Method: Refunds (excluding cash payments) will be returned via the original transaction method. For example, credit card payments will be refunded to the same card. Online refunds are completed within 7 working days.
NEFT Transfers: Take approximately 5 working days.
Credit Card Refunds: Reflected in the next billing cycle.
Cash Before Delivery (CBD): Refunds will be issued either via Store Credit or an account payee cheque in the customer's billing name, delivered within 15 days of product receipt (including transit time).

BeliramExclusives.com shall not be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, personal injuries, or losses — including, but not limited to, loss of business, profits, or use — arising from the use or performance of any product. These conditions do not impact the customer's statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
